What colors are the wedding party wearing?

Sage green & White. Please avoid these colors if possible.

Dinner will be served buffet style. Please let the hosts know if you have any dietary restrictions.

His & Hers drinks will be available at no cost, until they run out. Cash bar is available. This is cash only. There will be an ATM on site if needed.

No, unfortunately this is an adult only event.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! Ceremony will be under the big oak tree (weather permitting) and reception will follow in barn.

Wedding will run until about 11pm.

How do I RSVP?

Please either use website to RSVP or text/call Kim at (413) 885-8088 if easier. Formal invitations will be arriving in June. We ask you to please RSVP by September 1, 2025.

Is there a hotel block for accommodations?

Answer

Hadley/Amherst hotels require a 2 night minimum for all weekend accommodations which we know may not fit the needs of our guests. In place we have provided hotel options nearby that do allow 1 night stays that are reasonably priced. Please feel free to reach out to them independently. These will be found under the Travel tab.

When should I arrive?

Ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm, please arrive by 5:15.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a separate handicap entrance, as well as a golf cart ride to and from the ceremony.

Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. Ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) and reception will be inside. Cocktail hour will be outside under a covered deck.

Will there be parking available?

Yes. Venue has a parking lot available on the right hand side of the Barn.

The Venue is The Red Barn at Hampshire College and is located at 893 West Street Amherst MA 01002.

Bride and Groom will be returning back to their suite following the wedding. Please let them know if you are interested in coming by.
