HI! We're Jayson and Taylor, high school sweethearts who somehow managed to turn our 11 year love story into our upcoming marriage that will last forever. We met back in high school, and Taylor's first thought was basically "Dang... this guy's good looking." Meanwhile Jayson walked right up, shook her hand and introduced himself just like in the movies. Taylor melted on the spot (Jayson likes to pretend like he didn't notice, but he totally did). Jayson's first impression? He thought Taylor was really pretty and immediately wanted to know more about the girl who melted during their handshake. It didn't take long for both of us to realize something was different. The good kind of different, the kind like we are going to be together forever. And man we were right! On November 21st, we celebrated our 11 years together. Rewind to February 20th, 2025 the Big Island of Hawaii. Taylor's family flawlessly executed the greatest set up of all time. They convinced her she was going to a fancy sushi dinner. Everyone got all dressed up, and Tiffany (Taylor's aunt) went on a spiel of how we had to go catch the sunset at Pauoa Bay Beach going on and on about how incredible the sunsets are there. Totally normal. No reason to suspect anything. Right? Then Jayson asks Taylor if she wants to walk over and check out the tide pools. Next thing she knew, he was down on one knee giving the sweetest speech about how since the beginning, he promised to protect her and always be there. Taylor immediately burst into tears. Then surprise! Out popped a photographer Jayson had secretly booked. She had no clue.. But she was very, very happy he did. Taylor fell into her grandmother's arms, called her mom, called basically everyone else she knows, and the rest is history. Now here we are getting married, still laughing still melting a little over handshakes, and still choosing each other every day. We truly are best friends, soulmates and each others safe place. We've dreamed about this day for so long and now we’re counting down the moments until we finally get to become husband and wife with all of you. Love, Jay and Tay
