Gifts are lovely, but we're dreaming of a romantic Italian countryside vacation! Help fuel our honeymoon dreams with contributions to our "Honeymoon Fund" instead of traditional registry. If you insist on giving a gift, thank you! We have added a few items that we would love to receive. We will also have a table set up for cards and gifts at the wedding.
RSVP deadline has passed. If you have any changes to your RSVP please let the bride and groom know ASAP and beg for forgiveness. Thank you for understanding :)
We suggest that you begin to arrive at 4:30 pm. Ceremony doors will begin closing at 4:50 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive and travel through Friday rush hour traffic! If you are running late you may or may not be let in by my coordinator, who will be guarding the doors once they close. For those on the shuttle, if for any reason the shuttle is delayed, the ceremony will not begin until you all have been seated.
Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue with special handicap parking in the lot to the right.
We understand that our venue is a BIT out of the way! We are offering shuttle services to and from our designated hotel accommodations. It is not too late to take the shuttle, there are still seats available. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you would like to hop on the shuttle and did not previously include this on the RSVP questions.
Yes! Please see our Travel and Accommodations page for more information on booking a room within our 2 hotel blocks.
The hotel room blocks are now closed, but you are welcome to still book at the hotel if there are rooms available!
If you are staying at one of the hotel blocks: There will be a designated area for you to meet at in the lobby. Please plan to be in the lobby no later than 2:30 p.m. if you are at the Sheraton and 2:50 p.m. if you are at the Hilton. The drivers will meet you in the lobby and escort you to the shuttle. If you are not staying at one of the hotel blocks: Parking has been graciously offered at the Hilton Garden Inn. You may park here for the evening and meet in the designated area for The Chassaniol Wedding in the lobby. Please plan to be in the lobby no later than 3 p.m. The drivers will meet you in the lobby and escort you to the shuttles. Shuttles will be ready and waiting at the venue after the couple's grand exit at 10:30. There will be no running shuttles prior to 10:30 due to distance from the venue to the hotel. (And we hope we keep you entertained to stay until the end!)
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is elegant cocktail/garden formal attire. Ladies: jumpsuits, knee to ankle length dresses. Light pinks, blush, spring greens, and ivory. Guests are encouraged to wear spring colors!
Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. No need to worry about the unpredictable Texas weather!
Our ceremony will be unplugged. Please refrain from taking pictures during the entire ceremony, from start to finish. We have hired an awesome team of photographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! AFTER the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event with the exception of a few close family members with older children. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!
If your guest name/plus one is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
Absolutely! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! Get ready to toast the night away, courtesy of us. If you'd like to show the bartenders some love, tips are welcome. And that leads into our next question...
While we want all of our guests to have a great time without needing to worry about driving, Uber and Lyft is unreliable due to the location of the venue. We encourage you to take the shuttle if you plan to partake in alcoholic beverages. You may leave your car overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn to Uber home and make arrangements to get your car the next morning!
We kindly ask that all guests respect the venue's policy: drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises. Firearms or weapons are not permitted. This includes in the parking lot. Flasks, alcohol, or BYOB of any kind is not permitted (don't worry, we've got plenty of alcohol). Failure to comply could result in guests being asked to leave, or the wedding being shut down. We want to ensure everyone has a wonderful, uninterrupted celebration. Thank you for your understanding!
