When should I rsvp by?

Answer

We kindly ask to receive your response by April 1st, by means of the RSVP tab here on our website.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon! Our registry can be accessed here on our website under the Registry tab. You may also access it directly on Amazon using this link: www.amazon.com/wedding/share/thecharlows Thank you in advance for your kind generosity as we prepare for life as newlyweds!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Black-Tie. Please refer to the Attire section of our website for specific guidelines and inspiration.

Are the events taking place outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, all events will take place indoors at the same time and location.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, an open bar will be provided! Please keep in mind that all guests are expected to drink responsibly. Drunkenness and unruly behavior will not be allowed.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We encourage guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early to provide enough time to find your seats. Any late arrivals will kindly be asked to wait in another area on the premises until after the ceremony has concluded. Please plan accordingly for traffic!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Yes, all guests will be able to park on-site. Since alcohol will be provided during this event, please plan your driving arrangements accordingly.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd attending, but later find that you will not make it, please notify Felicia at (203) 615-3084.
