Where should I book my room?

Answer

Please visit "RSVP & Book Your Room" link to secure your room or if our room block is full please reach out to Stephanie Hudson (Whatsapp 1-876-428-9116) in order to secure a room or request additional nights. Please don't book an Airbnb or other hotel because they will charge you a fee in order to enter the resort and you won't apply towards the group benefits. Please be mindful when you are RSVPing and reaching out to secure your room as we are putting a deposit down per room to ensure they have enough rooms available. If you have a friend or relative who is coming and you two don't mind sharing a room, it will be more beneficial cost wise to book like that. ***You have to book at least 3 nights as it benefits the whole wedding group as it adds more hours to the reception.*** WE RECOMMEND EVERY GUEST GET TRAVEL INSURANCE INCASE SOMETHING COMES UP AND YOU CAN'T MAKE IT. YOU CAN BE CHARGED IF YOU PUT A DEPOSIT IN BUT DONT PAY IN FULL BY THE DEADLINE.

When should I book my room?

Answer

ASAP - we recommend you get your room booked as soon as possible due to availability but PLEASE note that once you put in your deposit it's nonrefundable. DO NOT put in a deposit unless you're positive you're coming. Please view our RSVP page for deadline details.

Do I need to book transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, we would love for everyone to be a part of our special day. With that said, please, please, please keep a watchful eye on your young ones as this is a big resort and very close to water. We want everyone to have fun and be safe! In addition, please be mindful of special moments where kids should NOT be running around or being too loud. ie. Ceremony, First Dance, Cake Cutting, etc. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

Do we have to stay in the resort at all times?

Answer

No! We encourage people to go on excursions as they are lots of fun and create amazing memories. We highly recommend going on an ATV trip or taking a boat to Saona Island!
