The Wedding Website of Eve Bailey and Jordan Cazenave
Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

To help us plan accordingly, please RSVP for both the rehearsal dinner (if applicable) and the wedding by January 18, 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive on the day of?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is anticipated to start at 4:30pm on 3/1/2025. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before so we can start on time.

Question

Attire

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Please refrain from wearing jeans, denim or any shade of white/cream. Men, please wear suits, sport coat, or slacks/dress shirt. If you have any questions or concerns about attire, please reach out to the bride! Please plan for cooler weather as the sun goes down. A Note on Footwear: The ceremony will be outside with plenty of brick and grassy areas. We recommend choosing heels with care or even adding heel protectors (Amazon has some great options!) to make navigating the grass easier.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To maintain the intimacy of our celebration, we will not be offering a plus one unless specifically indicated on your invitation.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ample parking is available onsite for both the ceremony and reception. A golf cart will be providing shuttle service from the parking area to the ceremony location to make it easier for guests.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please be aware that transportation to and from the hotels for the ceremony will not be provided, so we kindly encourage guests to arrange their own transportation for a smooth and comfortable arrival. Additionally, alcohol consumption will be monitored to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Question

What happens if I do not RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP at all, or by the specified date, you will be marked as "No" for attending. We will miss celebrating with you, but we must have a total head count for our venue and vendors!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. A photographer and videographer will capture all the special moments, which we will share with everyone later. After the ceremony, guests are welcome to take photos. There will also be a photobooth available, and we will share those pictures with everyone once we receive them. Thank you for understanding.

For all the days along the way
