Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle service from the venue to Tapatio Springs roundtrip. Please note our shuttle capacity is limited to ~30 guests per trip with est. travel time being 35 mins to the venue. This is best suitable if you are staying at Tapatio Springs.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot at the venue with plenty of parking.

Is there uber/lyft services in the area?

Answer

Yes. If you prefer not to drive, there is both uber and lyft services near the venue and Boerne area. It is highly recommended to schedule your ride in advance if you plan on using these services.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight if I don't feel save to drive?

Answer

Yes. We want everyone to be safe so it is recommended to leave your vehicle at the venue if you don't plan on using shuttle or ride share services. Please note the roads to the venue can be dark and windy.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Abri (512) 940-2865 or Eric (956) 207-3747. Thank you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by October 12th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and can't accept late RSVPs. (This will mean there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or Texas formal are both welcome. Please note the ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels. Thank you!

Absolutely- please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests.

Yes! The drinks are on us. No outside alcohol will be allowed at the venue.
