Best Man
Sam has been my best friend since the age of 3. The introvert to my extrovert and partner in crime. Sam can make me laugh more than almost anyone. We can read each other's minds with just a glance. He has grown to be a person I seek out for advice when I need it the most. At the wedding, you can find him either chatting quietly in the back or flailing his extremities on the dance floor. An unpredictable creature, incredible friend, new dad and thoughtful husband.
Best Man
Joey. Some even call him the Baby Kangaroo. A late but invaluable addition to the Kohrs family. I met Joe when I was nine. I'll admit that I was cautious to accept this new member of our family. He was blonde, kind of annoying, and was way cooler than I was at a young age. But thank goodness for this Kangaroo. He is the extrovert to my extrovert, and I can't imagine my life without him. He has grown into an incredibly wise and outrageously funny person. I don't know what I would do without him. This party animal will be found on the dance floor as soon as it opens.
Matron of Honor
My wife. Liz has been a close friend since we were sophomores in high school. She somehow put up with me for four years as a college roommate and kept signing up for more after that. I have learned so much about how to be a good friend from her and would not know what to do without her in my life. You can find Liz being dragged onto the dance floor by me.
Bridesmaid
My twin. Brooke dropped into my life when I was a senior and she was a freshman at Missouri State. I'll never forget meeting her for the first time and knowing we would be fast friends. She is one of the funniest people I know and a fiercely loyal friend. She'll be found busting out some serious dance moves between bites of her favorite food: potatoes.
Bridesmaid
Heather was my first new friend at college, and I was so extremely lucky to find a friend like her. I've benefited from her wise advice more times than I can count, and she can always make me laugh. Heather is my partner in crime in angry face dancing. Try not to be intimidated
Bridesmaid
Morgan and I met as freshmen in high school. I wanted to BE her because she was so good at volleyball, then tricked her into being my friend for life. Sucker. We've been long distance friends for a while now, but lucky for all of us she's moving back to STL this fall. If you LOVED our invites as much as we did, this lady, and her new business Reverie Press are responsible.
Bridesmaid
As you can see here, my friend Chelsea LOVEs kisses. Chelsea is also one of my closest friends from high school. Laughing with her is one of my favorite things. We can exchange a glance and be on the floor in giggles. She has also been an incredible friend to me. Chelsea can be found performing an interpretive dance to Love Story by Taylor Swift. A can't miss act.
Bridesmaid
Marissa is the third of one of my closest high school pals (Go Pirates). The Turkey Queen of St. Charles High School (iykyk), she is a force to be reckoned with. Marissa is the life of the party in any room and I'm lucky to call her one of my best friends. I'd be surprised if you found this woman anywhere far from the dance floor
Bridesmaid
Kyra and I met while volunteering in Texas in 2013. We've maintained a long distance friendship since then, because she refuses to move from California to Missouri. Despite only seeing each other in person a handful of times, Kyra has been an invaluable friend to me. She will probably adamantly refuse to be dragged into dancing, but we can all try our best!
Bridesmaid
1/3 of the Transcendence Trio, a name given to us by a stranger at a bar in KC, Alex is my friend from OT school. I cannot imagine surviving grad school without Alex. She makes almost anything fun, and always made sure we didn't study too hard. Alex has some of the best dance moves around, and will not be found too far from the dance floor all night.
Bridesmaid
Another third of the Transcendence Trio, I also met Erika in grad school. Erika helped to make sure we got some studying in between dancing and laughing at Alex. She can always put a smile on my face, and was another person essential to my grad school survival. Erika is my lankiest friend and is not to be underestimated on the dance floor. You can find her flailing her limbs gracefully all night
