Please RSVP by December 6th, 2025. You can RSVP by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab above. If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend" so we can plan accordingly.
Our wedding dress code is black tie optional. For women a long evening gown, midi dresses, or formal jumpsuits are great options! For men, a dark suit and tie is appropriate.
Complimentary on-site valet parking is available at our venue. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight; however, please ensure they are retrieved by 10 AM the following day. In addition, there is a complimentary trolley service provided to and from the Beauport Hotel.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive between 5:00 and 5:15 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. Kindly note that guests arriving after 5:30 will not be able to join us for the ceremony.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly request that you stow away your devices, and allow our photographers to capture the moment. After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
During cocktail hour, we will be serving a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner will be a plated meal, including a fresh salad. When you RSVP, you’ll have the option to choose from the following entrées: Sea Salt and Pepper Pan-Seared Filet Mignon Flash-seared, then finished under a flame with garlic, thyme, and a Merlot demi-glace, served with signature smashed potatoes with caramelized onion, scallions, and roasted garlic, and grilled asparagus in lemon butter. Cruiseport Chicken Piccata Classically prepared with Mediterranean capers, lemon, cremini mushrooms, and white wine sauce. Served with fettuccine. Miso-Glazed North Atlantic Salmon Maple–soy miso-glazed grilled salmon with sage brown butter risotto and honey-glazed carrots and parsnips. Signature Butternut Squash Ravioli Handcrafted with mascarpone cream sauce and fresh sage leaves, topped with a mélange of roasted red onion and butternut squash.
