Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You're way ahead of the game! The RSVP deadline will be included on your invitation. You can RSVP by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab above! If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend" so we can plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. For ladies, long dresses, fancy midi dresses, or jumpsuits are preferred. For gentlemen, formal suits are a great choice. We can't wait to see everyone looking fabulous!

Where do I park?

Answer

Complimentary on-site valet parking is available at our venue. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight; however, please ensure they are retrieved by 10 AM the following day. In addition, there is a complimentary shuttle service provided to and from the Beauport Hotel for your convenience!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive between 5:00 and 5:15 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. Kindly note that guests arriving after 5:30 will not be able to join us for the ceremony.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly request that you stow away your devices, and allow our wonderful photographers to capture the moment. After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

What's for dinner?

Answer

During cocktail hour, we will be serving a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner will be a plated meal, including a fresh salad. When you RSVP, you’ll have the option to choose from the following entrées: Sea Salt and Pepper Pan-Seared Filet Mignon Served with a garlic and thyme-infused merlot demi-glace, parmesan twice-baked potato, and grilled asparagus with lemon butter. Chicken Piccata Topped with capers, lemon, and forest mushrooms in a white wine sauce, accompanied by gemelli pasta. Citrus Grilled North Atlantic Salmon Finished with a citrus-infused glaze and tropical fruit salsa, paired with herbed pearl couscous and sautéed asparagus with shallots. Butternut Squash Ravioli Tossed in a mascarpone cheese crème sauce with fresh sage leaves, and topped with a mélange of roasted red onion and butternut squash.
