Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony is located at Glacier Point. Its about 45 minutes from Tenaya Lodge (the reception location). We will be providing transportation to Glacier Point as a 'thank you' for driving so far for our wedding.

Our reception is located at Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, CA. Its a beautiful resort nestled in the forest.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Yes and No. In order to have our ceremony at Glacier Point we had to apply for a permit. That permit has placed a 50 person limit on our ceremony guests. So, we split that 50 person limit up between us. Fun Fact: McKenzie has about 20+ little cousins. So, we had to make the tough decision: NO CHILDREN AT THE CEREMONY. If you have a baby 2 years old and under, they can come with you. But, if you have kids 3 years old and up, you will need to find child care/supervision for them. Tenaya Lodge offers a Kids Camp or in-room child care which you can arrange when you make your reservations. Thank you for understanding.

Wedding Attire?

Answer

Nothing too fancy...but if you wanted to dress up, go for it! Our wedding colors are jewel tones, so dressing in any of those colors is highly invited (ruby, emerald, gold, purple, deep teal). But we ask that you steer away from blue and white (the bride and groom want to stand out!)
