Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we've made a decision that this will be an adult-only celebration. This also allows us to invite everyone we'd love to celebrate with without going over the maximum number of guests.

I have a food allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, any type of food intolerance and/or any dietary restrictions: please contact the Bride or Groom at 219-331-0524 or 219-508-7994 before June 1st, so we can try our best to accommodate you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We want everyone to look their best, but more importantly be comfortable! Please note this is an OUTDOOR celebration and will take place rain or shine. If you need semi-formal recommendations, see below: For the ladies: Any length dress or skirt - knee length, mid-length or floor-length Jumpsuits/Pantsuits Heels, wedges and sandals Please no jeans, leggings, t-shirts, etc. For the gentlemen: Dress pants Button down shirts Blazers Two piece suits Matching suits Ties and bow ties are not required but are acceptable Please no jeans, t-shirts, shorts, gym shoes, etc.

Should I bring different shoes to change into if I wear heels?

Answer

Please do not plan on “just going barefoot” if you want to take your heels off. The reception area will be a mix of rock areas, wood, grass and concrete. We don’t want anyone to stub their toes, slip on spilled drinks, hurt their feet walking through rocks, etc. Therefore, if you would like to take your heels off at some point- we recommend bringing along a pair of comfy sandals or flip flops. If you choose to wear heels during the entire celebration- we recommend bringing along "grass heel protectors" if needed for your heels to walk easier through grassy areas.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order for us to be able to include everyone we love, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. If you have a plus one who’s been invited, it will pop up when you enter your name to RSVP. If you are not bringing a plus one and one indicated by your name, please let us know so we can update our number of guests accordingly. If you feel like we have left out someone important, please contact the Bride or Groom at 219-331-0524 or 219-508-7994 but keep in mind our hands may be tied due to limitations on the number of guests allowed and the number of loved ones already invited.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on your wedding invitation or locating the “RSVP” tab on this website. For Families & Couples: Once your name is typed into the RSVP section- you and your partner or you and your entire family will pop up. If you have any issues RSVPing or would rather RSVP via phone, text or call the Bride or Groom at 219-331-0524 or 219-508-7994.

Is there available parking?

There is available parking onsite at no cost.

What time should I go home?

Answer

The celebration will end at 11pm. Please have an idea of how you will be getting home for the night before this time whether you are driving, getting a ride or requesting an uber. The Bride and Groom will not be providing any rides.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire celebration will be OUTDOORS. Please plan accordingly as weather in Indiana can be unpredictable. You may want: Sunglasses if it will be sunny A jacket if it will be chilly A handheld fan if it will be humid/hot An umbrella if it will rain Etc. We will be providing sunscreen and bug spray.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a full open bar with liquor, beer, seltzers, and wine right from the winery on site! There will also be non-alcoholic beverages including soda, lemonade, and tea. The coffee bar will be open at select times. The bar staff has already been fully paid and tipped. The bar will be closed during dinner at 6, so please be sure to grab your drink or drinks during cocktail hour at 5. Coffee Bar times = pending.

What if I don’t feel like dancing?

Answer

Sit & Relax: There is seating all around the barn and near the dance-floor to relax, have a conversation, or people-watch. There is also seating in the back of the barn facing the vineyard showing a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening. Walk the Vineyard: You are welcome to walk through the vineyard behind the barn, but please be respectful of the grounds. Sign our guestbook and “advice/wishes to the Bride & Groom": Our guestbook and “advice/wishes to the Bride and Groom” tables are in the barn on opposite corners. Make sure to stop in and sign both! Play a Game: Outside of the barn, there will be many lawn games to choose from & play with family and friends. Check out the Winery: The Winery is open until 9pm. Wine from inside winery will be cash or card, but you can also try some of the Winery’s wine at our open bar in the barn. Take a picture: our vine and floral backdrop will be outside of the barn to take photos in front of.
