We met at an Eagle's Landing Bible study when Carson was a new senior and Katie had just graduated. Katie asked to play his guitar and by the end of the night Carson asked for Katie's number. You could say it was almost love at first strum!

After a year full of ups and downs throughout our world, It ended on the highest of notes for us! Christmas time is truly our favorite time of the year, and it seemed very fitting to be the time to celebrate our relationship and ring in our future. As we were walking around McDonough Square looking at the magical Christmas lights, Carson stopped me in front of the beautiful Christmas tree to take a picture. When I turned around, he was on one knee. There were sweet words, joyful tears, and one sparkling ring!
