Yes. It is all at JW MARRIOTT hotel.

Is there complimentary parking even if you’re not checked in?

Answer

Yes, there is a COMPLIMENTARY VALET parking for all our wedding guests. Be sure to enter through JW MARRIOTT RESORT, just mention the Sanga-Cabildo wedding. Do not park by Rampart Casino, parking is not guaranteed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

(Semi-Formal of minimalistic patterns and/or muted solid colors) GENTLEMEN: suit jackets or blazers are welcome weather permitting; long sleeves button down paired with dress pants/slacks suggested LADIES: long gown, midi or cocktail dresses are all allowed *CHECK THE WEATHER* It will be 80-90degrees around 4-6pm, then cools down to 60-70 degrees as it gets later. Also note that the entire event is outdoor-garden setting. Dress nicely but in a more relaxed fit. Ladies, if you are wearing heels, be advised the lawn is entirely grassy.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:30pm so that everyone will be seated prior to start. There is no assigned seating at the ceremony. The ceremony will promptly begin.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

There will be a sparkler exit at 9:45pm, please try to stay for this if you can. We should be done at 10pm.

Why is your wedding on a TUESDAY?

Answer

Tuesday has been marked to be a family day for us because we are all usually off work and most importantly, we have ELLE on this day. It just made sense.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. Respectfully, we want our wedding to be your night off! The only kids you will see here are the kids in our family who have participation in our ceremony.

Do you have any other hotel recommendations for stay?

Answer

If you are not staying on property, there is another option nearby but will require a car or uber/lyft ride to the venue. Some options include: Suncoast or Red Rock Casino. There may also be some nearby Airbnb options available as well, just refer to the venue's address.
