Yes and no. While some activities will be reserved for just women or just men, many events will include everyone. This weekend is all about celebrating us with the friends and family we love and cherish.
Accommodation details will be provided once we have a confirmed headcount. Transportation will be primarily via the metro, with an estimated total cost of approximately $35 for the duration of the trip.
We kindly ask that all attendance confirmations (for both weekend celebration and elopement ceremony) be submitted by the end of May so we can plan accordingly.
Day time temperatures are between the 60's-70's and cooler in the evenings. We recommend wearing light layers, comfortable shoes for walking, and a jacket or sweater for nighttime.
We’re keeping our celebration very intimate. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate plus-ones unless they are specifically named on the invitation.
No! We understand that everyone has different interests, and you are welcome to join for just the activities you’d like.
Those are free periods meant for sightseeing and exploring NYC. We want everyone to enjoy the city in a way that feels right for them while also celebrating with us throughout the weekend.
Yes! Dinner will be held at One If By Land, Two If By Sea. The restaurant follows a dressy/smart-elegant dress code. Absolutely! We’re planning a celebration in Pittsburgh after the New Year and would love to celebrate with those who can’t join us in NYC.
This trip requires A LOT of walking. It's super important to bring comfortable shoes that are worn-in. Also, keep in mind personal habits, such as mid day naps/breaks. We created a detailed schedule to help with mental preparedness and comfortability.
