From the very first time their paths crossed at work, there was an undeniable spark... for Deandre. He thought Tasha was beautiful—love at first sight in his eyes—but life had other plans at the time. Since Tasha was in a relationship, the two spent years simply as coworkers who occasionally ended up hanging out with the same group of mutual friends. Somewhere between game nights, group hangs, and plenty of banter, they became good friends… though Deandre will tell you he was just patiently playing the long game. When the timing finally aligned, he asked her out—more than once. Eventually, she said yes, and their first date was quickly followed by a second, and then the dates never stopped. 4+ years later, their love story continues with their two cats, Jiji and Momo, and a big move from Omaha, Nebraska to Las Vegas, Nevada. Now they’re ready to make it official in the city of bright lights and big love stories. On Friday, February 27th, 2026, Tasha and Deandre will say their vows. They can’t wait to celebrate surrounded by the people they love most, starting their next chapter.
