We hope that we are able to answer a majority of your questions below. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to Hali or Jake directly!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by August 1st, 2024. We would love for you to join us on our special day, but understand if you cannot make it.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so we ask for you all to arrive at 4pm to park and find your seat.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding is a casual, non-traditional ranch style, so wear whatever you are most comfortable dancing in! Men: button-down shirts, jeans, and cowboy boots. Ladies: sundress with cowgirl boots.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, however parking is limited so please attempt to car-pool. We will NOT be providing a shuttle service at the end of the evening, so plan accordingly and have a designated driver for the end of the night.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoor with an indoor/outdoor reception to follow. As it gets later into the evening, expect a temperature drop. Check the local weather, dress accordingly, and bring a jacket!

Question

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

The temperature during the day is usually in the mid-60's but can drop down to the 30-40's in the evening and expect some late afternoon storms.

Question

What are some dances to learn before the wedding?

Answer

Some of our favorite dances include country swing and the cowboy cha cha (partner line dance; link here: https://youtu.be/mq9tBpfEW_0). We also enjoy line dancing to the following songs: Shivers by Ed Sheeran, Footloose by Kenny Loggins, Copperhead Road by Steve Earle, Merry Go Round by JaneDear girls, and Any Man of Mine by Shania Twain. If you really want to get into it, visit Dirt Road Dancing on Youtube for dance tutorials https://m.youtube.com/@dirtroaddancing and learn all of their line dances!

Question

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

We will be having BBQ from a local Hailey favorite! Pulled pork, ribs, and chicken with sides of cornbread, potato salad, and coleslaw. We will be able to accommodate dairy and gluten intolerances.
