When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by November 20, 2025 directly to either Blake or Vanessa. We’ll be providing a final headcount to our vendors shortly after.

Why is the wedding happening over two days?

Answer

We’ve planned a two-day celebration so we can make the most of this special time with our favorite people! The ceremony will take place on Day 1, outdoors, followed by pictures and light finger foods in the clubhouse. Then on Day 2, we’ll have the full reception inside the clubhouse—dinner, dancing, and all the fun! We’d love for you to join us for both days as we celebrate our love and this new chapter together.

How do we get to Whidbey Island?

There are a few ways to travel to Whidbey Island, depending on your plans: • Sea-Tac Shuttle: The Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle offers transportation directly from Sea-Tac Airport to several towns on Whidbey Island. The shuttle boards the ferry with priority loading, making for a smoother and more convenient trip. You can find more info at https://www.seatacshuttle.com/ • Driving: If you’re renting a car, you have two options: 1. Take the ferry from Mukilteo to Clinton. Fares: Adult (19 - 64) — $6.25 Youth (18 & under) — No Charge Senior (65+)/Disability — $3.10 For more information regarding the ferry, visit: https://wsdot.wa.gov/travel/washington-state-ferries 2. Drive around via the scenic route and enter the island through the Deception Pass Bridge on the north end. This is the best option if you choose to stay in Oak Harbor during your visit. Are kids welcome?

Yes, kids are welcome! We just kindly ask that you mention how many kids will be joining when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We’re excited to celebrate with the whole family!

Is transportation provided to the wedding?

Answer

We will not be providing a shuttle service. However, there are other options available: • Whidbey Island Taxi: (360) 675-8294 • Rental Cars — Oak Harbor Car Rental https://www.enterprise.com/en/car-rental-locations/us/wa/oak-harbor-4534.html Car rentals are also available at Sea-Tac Airport, which is a convenient option if you’re flying in and plan to explore the island during your stay. We recommend renting a car for the best experience and flexibility while you’re here. Let us know if you need any help coordinating transportation!

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is on-site parking at the venue. Once you arrive, there will be clear directions to guide you where to park. If you need any assistance, someone from our team will be there to help!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony (Day 1): Please arrive by 6:00pm, as the ceremony starts at 7:00pm. Reception (Day 2): Begins at 2:00pm, feel free to come any time as we have the venue booked until 10:00pm.
