Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by April 26th, 2026 so that we can have an accurate count for our caterer and venue! You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven’t received your RSVP by this date we will assume you are not coming and mark you as not attending.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

No, unfortunately we have a limit for guest count; so plus ones are prohibited unless specified on your invite.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for all our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you put your phone away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a talented photographer to capture the ceremony for us, please let her do her job! We are more than happy for you to take photos and videos after the ceremony. However do not post anything on social media until we do!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Garden Formal! Take this opportunity to dress up with us! We ask that you do not wear jeans and women please refrain from wearing white! A color palette for the wedding will be sent with your invite!

Question

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have a beautiful grazing table for cocktail hour followed by a delicious wood fired dinner and dessert!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes absolutely! Please get in contact with one of us directly so that we can make sure you have safe food to eat! Due to Celiac being common in my family we will already be planning to accommodate a GF diet!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be beer and wine available during the reception. We will have a combo bar so please bring money if you plan to continue drinking past cocktail hour!

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

YES! This was something super important for us to make sure was available. The ceremony location is the only one that isn’t but our lovely host will take anyone who needs assistance to the ceremony via golf cart! The cocktail hour and reception area are all handicap accessible and there are two handicap bathrooms available as well!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue. Parking is in the parking lot only, and please, no driving on the lawns. No overnight parking allowed.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No there is not. The ceremony/reception location is about 30 minutes from the hotel so please plan transportation accordingly.

Question

Can I smoke at the reception?

Answer

The venue has designated smoking areas that you must use. There is to be no smoking outside of these areas.
