FAQs

Question

Where do I RSVP?

Answer

Our RSVP will be open once our invitations have gone out.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a registry. In lieu of traditional gifts, we would be grateful for any cash contributions towards our honeymoon and towards our future together.

Question

I am traveling from out of town - where should I stay?

Answer

We know most of our guests are traveling and we’re so grateful for you guys taking the time to celebrate us! We are working closely with hotels in the area to accommodate your time here. Please take a look at the “Travel” section.

Question

Will there be transportation provided between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Unfortunately we do not have any transportation for our guests staying in hotels. Please drink responsibly, call an Uber or car pool. Any vehicles left on property have to be picked up the following day BEFORE 8am.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before to claim your seat for the ceremony! No need to arrive earlier as our vendors will still be working on some final details. This ceremony will be held outdoors and will take no longer than 30 minutes.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will primarily take place inside the venue but our ceremony will be outdoors if the weather permits. We will keep an eye on the weather and accommodate as needed. The venue has an abundance of space outdoors to enjoy a smoke or drink!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we only have limited space in our venue to accommodate the people on your invitation. We have curated our guest list making sure everyone we love is here to celebrate our marriage so we would appreciate no additional guests.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids and we want them to be a special part of our day! Please be sure your kids are accompanied around the venue at all times - including assistance to the restrooms. This is a rustic barn with two levels where kids can get curious and we don’t want anyone getting hurt!

Question

What is a cocktail hour?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin when we finish our ceremony. The bride and groom will step away for some additional photos and time with family. During this time, guests will find their seats, grab a drink, grab some hors d’oeuvre, and mingle! (Dinner will be served following cocktail hour)

Question

Is there a serving time for dinner?

Answer

Yes. Dinner will be held between 4:30pm to 6:30pm. This allows our guests to enjoy dinner, grab a drink and visit the bride and groom! During this time the bride and groom will be coming to say hello, take some additional photos and getting ready to start the night!

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let the bride know about any restrictions for your meal!

Question

Is there an open-bar?

Answer

Yes! Our wonderful bartenders are here to serve up a refreshing margarita, beer or non alcoholic beverages such as coke products, juice and water.

Question

Will you have an after party?

Answer

We wish we could dance the night away with you but once the wedding is over we will be getting on the road for our honeymoon! Don’t let that stop you from enjoying some of the nightlife in Downtown Winchester!
