In central Nashville, one for music fans (not just country) as there’s loads there to see and learn about! There are exhibits on the country music greats…Cash, Parton, Swift and Twain.
You can’t go to the city known for country music and not go to the place considered the home of it! There are shows most nights of the week and you could get end up seeing some huge stars, if you’re lucky! You can drive there – it’s not too far outside downtown Nashville.
Central Nashville, with all the neon signs and bars that you’ve seen on tv/in movies/in pictures. You’ve got to go there, even just for a couple of hours on an evening, you’ll see bands, hear music, see drinking and dancing – it’s got to be done!
Tennessee is known for them – and there are quite a few to take your pick from: Corsair Distillery, George Dickel Tennessee Whisky, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Leiper's Fork Distillery, Nelson's Green Brier Distillery, Popcorn Sutton, Prichard's Distillery at Fontanel, Short Mountain Distillery AND LOADS MORE!
The wedding venue is not far outside of downtown Franklin but there’s plenty more to see; bars, stores, restaurants. For those interested there are American Civil War tours as well, looking at the history of the area and the location where Confederate Army took a big L.
A cool village a short drive from Franklin, a good place for live music and to get something to eat. Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel have a house around there, see if you can find it!
