Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES! There will be plenty of space for joyous games of tag, hide and seek and hop scotch. A babysitter or two will be available as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but limited. When you arrive at the venue, there will be attendants to direct you. Passengers will be dropped off, then parking will be along the road leading in. We will have a limited number of spaces so please do carpool when you are able. This will ensure that everyone can park within our gated road. There is a large public parking lot on Fairgrounds Rd (Gordon Field) just a couple of minutes away that is safe to use if anyone needs a carpool meeting place. If you know you will be leaving right after the ceremony or earlier, or have any mobility concerns please let us know so that we can accommodate.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do add any dietary needs to your RSVP and we will plan accordingly.

What should I wear for weather?

Answer

Weather reports are in: some nice drizzles in the forecast for Saturday! We have tent coverage, but would recommend an umbrella and warm layers.
