When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by April 13, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a “no.”

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we respectfully request no children under sixteen on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night

What's the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us. We are requesting a Formal dress code for the evening. We'd love if you also dressed up for the theme so think Garden Party -- florals, colors, and don't forget it's summer and will be outside! Will there be an open bar?

Answer

As a thank you for coming out to celebrate with us drinks will be on us! Cocktail hour will offer beer, wine, seltzers and our signature cocktails. The reception will offer the same as cocktail hour and mixed drinks. Cash tips will be accepted and appreciated for our wonderful bar tenders. The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and reception will be indoors. We're hoping for great weather and want to be able to enjoy the beautiful location!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by April 13, 2026, it will automatically be marked as “no.” We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a firm guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be “unplugged,” meaning that we are asking for personal devices to be put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and will be recording the whole ceremony and are more than happy to share the photos and video with you afterwards. At the reception we encourage everyone to take photos and videos and to please share those with us using the QR code we provide or another method at a later date.

Is the venue still called Ashton Hill Farm Galena?

Answer

As of May 2026 our venue is now named The Midnight Gem Galena, however, it is still able to be found online and on maps by the original name but if you have issues please refer to the address for navigation.
