Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are in the same building! We'll be celebrating at Alexandria's 132 East Crawford Street, Findlay Ohio 45840. The ceremony is upstairs, and the reception is downstairs. An elevator is available!

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking is a bit tight. Please leave the spaces directly in front of the venue for the wedding party. There are spaces on the surrounding streets, or there is a parking garage right next to Alexandria's. If you choose the parking garage, please make sure you get a QR code from the bar at Alexandria's to reduce the price to $5

What time does the ceremony and reception start?

Answer

Doors open at 3p.m. and the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30! Please arrive with enough time to be seated before the start of the ceremony. A cocktail hour and reception will start immediately after the conclusion of the ceremony.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear your formal cocktail attire. We'd appreciate seeing everyone looking as beautiful and handsome as we know they are!

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

There is assigned seating for the reception, but not for the ceremony. At the ceremony, please choose any seat you would like, leaving the front row for direct family (parents, grandparents, siblings and their spouses). A few guests may need to stand at the back or along the sides as we have an overwhelming lovely and large group of guests. For the reception, there will be assigned tables for the start of the reception. There will be a seating chart near the door of the reception hall. Please choose any seat you'd like at your assigned table.

What about a guest book?

Answer

We'd love to save a memory from everyone who joined us on our special day. We've hired a photobooth for everyone to enjoy. They will print a copy for the guests and a copy for you to place in our guestbook. Please enjoy the photobooth for a formal picture for us, and as many formal or quirky photos for yourself as you'd like!

Is there an open bar!?

Answer

There will be 4 hours of complimentary beer and wine service, the starting time is still to be determined. Cash bar is available outside of this service all evening, and cash bar for liquor is also available. To receive the complimentary beer and wine, please be sure to get your drink from inside the reception hall. Liquor may be purchased at any bar for the same price. For minors, pop, water and coffee are available all evening.

What can I do in-between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We specifically selected Alexandria's venue for their range of activities to be enjoyed while we take pictures. Upstairs you can enjoy the cash bar, TVs, and duck pin bowling, and downstairs you may enjoy the cash bar and an appetizer. You may also explore the great downtown of Ol' Findlay, Ohio! Please gather in the reception hall downstairs by 5:00 p.m. We will rejoin you as soon as we can!
