We first met in the gym. He would walk past the front desk and smirk. I can't say that I was fond of him but his personality caught my eye. One day he texted my coworker about me and it made me laugh. The first nice thing he said was "you got potential". We began working at GNC together and after that didn't spend a day apart.

We had been very close friends for some time, some would even say we were more than just friends even before we knew it. I thought to myself one day, "there isn't anyone i would rather spend all my time with, she's beautiful, funny, smart, driven, and she is a true friend.." I decided to stop playing games and make it happen. I asked her what it would take to make her mine, and i don't know if she thought I was joking or what, because she laughed and told me to go and ask her parents. That very next night i reached out to her parents and told them i needed to speak to them about something important. They sat me down at their kitchen table and i expressed my feelings and all of my intentions with their daughter. They were impressed. I left that night with their blessing, and won my girl.

on June 4th we welcomed our beautiful new addition and life was perfect. three weeks after malia was born we went to the beach to celebrate my birthday that had been cancelled due to covid. I was excited to be out of the house and see friends after so many months of solitude. Siied surprised me with a ring as I turned around from popping a champagne bottle and cue the waterworks.. of course I said Yes ! I get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend. We're so excited to begin the next chapter in our lives with you there! See you Oct. 9th
