Maid of Honor
Maddie is Kylie's younger sister and true ride or die best friend. Over the last 23 years, Maddie & Kylie have seen each other through major life changes, including heartbreak, moving off to college, awkward teenage fazes, and now marriage. Maddie was the first person Kylie wanted to tell when she found Devin, and Maddie has been there by her side every moment. Maddie has always been the perfect balance to Kylie's life. The calm in every storm. Kylie is unimaginably grateful to have her standing next to her on her wedding day!
Best Man
Kendall is Devin's best friend for the last 12 years. They quickly became friends freshman year of high school on the Olathe South football team. Their bond is so strong, they often seem to read each others own thoughts and finish each others sentences. Since Devin is an only child, Devin always considered Kendall to be a brother to him. As soon as Devin & Kylie got engaged, Devin knew immediately that Kendall was the friend he wanted there by his side on his wedding day.
Matron of Honor
CJ & Kylie's friendship is proof that the invisible string theory exists. Though they met in their first year of nursing school, the universe had unknowingly connected them in many ways since they were kids. Anyone who knows CJ, knows that she has the most beautiful soul and kindest heart. Kylie quickly realized what luxury it was to have a friend like CJ in her life. They have seen each other through all the hardships and beautiful moments of young adulthood, becoming wives being the next page in their story!
Groomsman
Scott, AKA Chief, is a true ride or die, brutally honest friend. Devin & Scott grew up together playing high school football, and formed their friendship over their shared love of video games and motorcycles. Chief is always the life of the party wherever he goes. They always push each other to be better versions of themselves and Devin is grateful to have a friend like Scott next him on his day.
Bridesmaid
Ava is Kylie's youngest sister. It has been one of Kylie's favorite things taking part in watching her grow from a baby to the beautiful young woman she is! Those close to them would definitely tell you that Ava & Ky are the most similar to each other with their spunk and outspoken nature.
Groomsman
Though Logan is Devin's cousin, Devin has always considered Logan to be more of a younger brother figure in his life. Logan was always one of Devin's biggest supporters and motivators in his athletic life. Logan could often recite statistics about every team and player on the field. Devin has enjoyed watching Logan become a man and is excited to navigate life with each other's friendship and support.
Bridesmaid
Kimberlie & Kylie met through working together at Children's Mercy. It did not take long for them to hit it off and form a very special friendship! Kimberlie is truly a one of a kind friend and person. She is someone that you know will always support you, never judge, and will always tell you like it is. She is a true light in all of the lives she has touched, and Kylie could not imagine life without her! Plus you will definitely catch her being the life of the party on the dance floor.
Groomsman
Jackson is Devin's longest friendship. When Devin first moved to KC from Hutchinson, Jackson invited Devin to a halloween party at his house. Little did Devin know, that he would quickly become a part of the Ozburn family. Devin & Jackson have grown up together, starting with their basketball team, where Sheila, Jackson's mom was his coach. Through the years, they played competitive soccer together, travelled together, and were there for each other through big life moments.
Bridesmaid
Maggie & Kylie met each other in their first nursing jobs. They quickly bonded over the struggles of working night shift and spent many exhausted mornings together drinking mimosas and rehashing the craziness of their jobs. They enjoyed working together so much they decided they should continue their careers together at Children's Mercy on the same unit. Maggie & Kylie have shared many memories together over the last few years, both difficult and joyful, & Kylie could not imagine sharing this day with anyone else!
Groomsman
Devin & Minh's friendship began freshman year at JCCC. their friendship truly blossomed on Minh's 21st birthday, when he threw up in the backseat of Devin's brand new car. Minh is the kind of friend that will always be there when you need him. Devin knows that he will always pickup the phone and be down for anything. They always hold each other accountable but support each other through thick and thin.
