The Need to Know

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Twin Oaks Golf Course 1441 N Twin Oaks Valley Rd San Marcos, CA 92069

Question

What is the general timeline of the wedding day?

Answer

Guests arrive at 4:00PM, and the ceremony begins at 4:30PM. We’ll move into cocktail hour from 5:00–6:00PM, followed by toasts, first dances, and dinner from approximately 6:00–7:30PM. After that, it’s time to hit the dance floor and celebrate!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive between 4:00PM and 4:15PM to ensure everyone is seated and settled before the ceremony begins. Please note that guests arriving after 4:20 PM will be asked to wait in the welcome area until the ceremony concludes. Thank you for being on time and helping us create a smooth and special start to the celebration!

Question

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, while cocktail hour will be hosted primarily indoors.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re asking guests to dress in cocktail attire - think polished but fun! For women, that could mean a cocktail dress, a stylish midi, or a dressy jumpsuit. For men, a suit and dress shoes (tie optional but encouraged) are perfect. Basically: dressy, but not black-tie fancy! For colors, wear whatever colors make you feel your best! If you’d like to coordinate with our theme, our colors are shades of lavender and sage green. The only thing we ask is to save the white outfits for the bride ;)

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar for all guests, that includes two signature drinks for the bride and groom!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding - we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be a grown-up-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to eat, drink, dance, and party like you did before bedtime routines!
