To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab on our wedding website and type in your full name. Please RSVP by August 13th, 2025.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to ensure you're comfortably seated before we begin. For guests taking the shuttle, it will depart from the Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market at exactly 3:40 PM—please be ready a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule!

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

We recommend the following hotels: • Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market, by Hyatt • Courtyard Ottawa Downtown For more information and booking codes, please see the “Travel” section of our wedding website. If you can book early, please feel free to do so! Please note: Our shuttle pick-up and drop-off location will be the Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market Hotel.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Yes, we’ve arranged a shuttle service to and from the venue for your convenience. Pick-Up Location: Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market (Hyatt) Two shuttles will depart from the Andaz Hotel promptly at 3:40 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule. Return Trip: Both shuttles will leave Adelina at 12:00 AM to bring guests back to the Andaz Hotel.

Heads up! Parking at our venue is very limited. If you’re not planning to take the shuttle service, please reach out to us directly so we can confirm if a parking pass is available for you.

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here’s a quick look at how the day will unfold: 3:40 PM – Shuttles depart from the Andaz Hotel 4:15 PM – Guest arrival at the venue 4:30 PM – Ceremony begins promptly 5:00 PM – Cocktail hour 6:15 PM – Dinner & speeches 9:00 PM – Dancing begins 12:00 AM – Shuttles return to the Andaz Hotel

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal/cocktail attire. No jeans or white attire, please. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor options, and the reception will take place indoors.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them on this day.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is an intimate event, and we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have a wedding registry?

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
