Each event over the weekend has its own dress code, and we’ve put together a little style inspo to help you pack with confidence! Wedding Day: Beach Formal Think elevated coastal chic — breezy maxi dresses, linen suits, effortless elegance with a touch of glam. Welcome Sunset Cocktails: Resort Casual A step down from beach formal — think relaxed, stylish, and sunset-ready: flowy fabrics, resort sets, breezy jumpsuits, linen sets, chino or tailored shorts, and leather sandals or loafers. Farewell Beach Party: Beachwear Keep it casual and cool — beachwear is encouraged! Swimsuits, coverups, flip flops, and your favorite sunhat are perfect for our laid-back sendoff. We can’t wait to soak up the sun, the love, and the memories with you — in style!
March is a beautiful time to visit Playa del Carmen! You can expect warm, sunny days with average temperatures around 77°F, with highs reaching into the low 80s. Evenings are comfortably warm, usually in the 70s, so light layers are ideal. Bring a light sweater or cardigan for cooler nights/restaurants. Rain is rare during this time of year, and we’re expecting mostly clear skies and plenty of sunshine. Humidity is mild, and the ocean will be warm and inviting at around 80°F.
Yes! Your love and support mean the world to us—to send a gift, we’ve created a registry with some of our favorite items. Please visit the “Registry” tab to view and shop our wish list. Thank you so much for your generosity!
No need to exchange currency! U.S. dollars are widely accepted at the airport, by cab drivers, and at the resort (especially for tips). You can use your credit or debit card for most purchases. The resort does have an ATM available for your convenience. There is a small fee for withdrawals, so we recommend checking with your bank beforehand or bringing some cash with you if you’d prefer to avoid extra charges.
