Paul and Kaylee's first encounter wasn't like most love stories. It began with Paul waking up from a nap and being beckoned by a friend named Jess to introduce him to Kaylee in the student center of EBI&C. Kaylee was instantly taken by the quiet Bible nerdy fellow, and the two quickly became the closest of friends. After a few months of pretending to not be interested in each other, Paul finally admitted his feelings for her after Kaylee held him by gunpoint (Joking...kinda). After long walks, talks, fierce ping pong matches, and lots of ice cream dates that was always joined by the now best man Aaron Neuberger, Paul invited Kaylee to Connecticut to meet his family and eventually become his official girlfriend. Through lots of homework, movies, shows, loving, laughing, cooking together, and listening to ample Blink-182 and Taylor Swift they knew there was no one else in the world either of them would want to wake up to or make fart jokes with, they both knew that it was time to take the next step. On one of the coldest days ever, January 15th 2023, Paul took Kaylee to Letchworth State Park and asked the question every girl dreams their dream guy would ask them, the same place a year ago Paul knew that Kaylee was the one for him. We are excited for marriage and the life we will build together, and thankful for each of you who have decided to come and be a part of our special day that we will officially become The Brindamours :)
