No, we do not have a hotel block. There is an endless amount of amazing hotels and diverse vacation rentals in New Orleans and we invite you to choose accommodations that are best for you. See Travel page for a few recommended hotels.
The wedding venue is in the Marigny, a historic neighborhood nestled in the Bywater, and a brisk walk to Frenchman Street and the French Quarter. If these areas don't sound like your speed, there are a handful of other neighborhoods depending on the experience you want to have...we also recommend Downtown, Uptown, the Garden District, and the Warehouse District.
Yes! Hands down one of the greatest things about New Orleans is the food. Keep in mind the city hosts the Sugar Bowl every year on New Years Day so there will be an influx of visitors to the city. If you are looking for suggestions for places to eat check back after Thanksgiving where we will share a list of our favorite spots.
There is very limited street parking at the venue and we HIGHLY recommend using an Uber or Lyft. We will be second lining to Frenchman Street after the reception which means you could end up half a mile from your car. Most importantly, we want everyone to be safe.
Please check back closer to our wedding for more information about our registry.
