Unfortunately, no. Please plan to have a safe way home; note that Ubers may be tough to find from our location!

What should I wear?

Answer

We want to encourage our guests to dress their best with us, somewhere between cocktail and semi-formal attire is requested! Feel free to have fun with your choice of colors or designs. Funky prints and loud colors are welcome, but please no jeans, and obviously, no white :)

Who can I bring with me?

Answer

Space in the venue is limited, so we are kindly requesting that only those listed on the invitation are brought to the wedding.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are asking that children under 13 stay home for the night. Look at it as a date night or a night off! We are happy to help find a local babysitter if needed!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please be seated no later than 3:50 PM to ensure that we can have a timely start! The earliest guests are allowed to arrive is 3:00 PM, so please stay in your car until then if you arrive earlier than that. Chairs for the ceremony will be provided.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Both the ceremony and reception will be hosted at Skyview Lodge in Brunswick, Ohio! The ceremony will take place behind the venue by the pergola, and the reception will be inside the venue. Please refrain from entering the venue before cocktail hour so our vendors can finish setting up and making the space beautiful!

Is the ceremony outside or inside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside! Be sure to check the weather for that day because we all know how wild Ohio weather can be. Be prepared to bring a light coat or sunglasses as they may be needed. If the weather does not permit, the ceremony will be held inside. If this is the case, there will be less seating and some may be standing. Please prepare for this if we are expected to have rain!

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, very! For those who are unable to make the walk to the pergola area, you are able to be driven to the ceremony space. Please be sure to arrive early if this is the case, as we want to make sure everyone has access to their seat and can be seated for the ceremony to begin on time!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving barbecue for dinner, so if you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as you can so we can accommodate a meal for you!
