Where is the Wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony & reception will take place at Searles Castle, 23 Searles Rd in Windham, New Hampshire. Please be aware there is a Searles Castle School and Chapel on the main road you will take to get to the venue—this is not our venue! You will know you’ve arrived once you are surrounded by forest and see a stone wall lining the castle ahead.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Formal Attire Our bridal party will be wearing colors of Burgundy, Sangria and Dusty Rose.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

If you plan to bring more guests than provided in your RSVP, please confirm with us prior.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held outside. The reception to follow will be steps away from the ceremony area between a heated tent and the inside of the castle.

Will the wedding be photographed or filmed?

Answer

Yes, we will have two photographers present to capture the ceremony and reception.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, Searles Castle does have a parking lot for guests. We encourage carpooling and Uber if staying in a nearby hotel to ensure you can enjoy the celebration and return home safely!

Will transportation be provided on the wedding day?

Answer

No transportation will be provided, but our venue offers parking and there are ubers in our area. The venue is located about 10 minutes away from both the Artisan Hotel and the Holiday Inn in Salem, NH.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only occasion and hope you take this opportunity to take the night off! We are only able to accomodate the children in our bridal party.
