Covid-19 Updates

Whatever you do, please be sure to read this!

While we are moving forward with our wedding, we cannot stress enough the importance of everyone's safety. We wholeheartedly understand that some of our loved ones simply won't feel safe coming, and though we will miss you we stand by your decision. Below is a list of safety precautions to make our wedding weekend as comfortable for all as possible. If you have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 leading up to the event or do not wish to adhere to the precautions put in place, we kindly ask that you stay home. We know it seems like a lot to ask, but our guests' safety is what's most important to us! - The venue requires masks to be worn both inside and outside, unless seated at your table to eat/drink - We ask that you respectfully quarantine to the best of your ability 10 days leading up to the event (we understand people need to go into work, but please avoid non-essential social interactions) - Hand sanitizer will be supplied - The venue does mandatory temperature checks upon arrival - Dress to be both indoors and outdoors, as we will take advantage of being outside as much as possible - Please no additional 'plus ones' - we can only accommodate the people addressed on your invitation We will continue to update this section as needed!

Our Story

Bradley and I first met tailgating at a Skins game in 2016 and Bradley thought my dad was my date.. awkward! Fastforward to January 2017, we met again at a mutual friends' housewarming party. As much as we both tried to play the "I'm not ready for a relationship" card, we continued to find reasons to hang out with mutual friends until our first date at our special spot - Open Road in Merrifield. Our timelines may not add up for when things became 'official', but over the course of the next few years we became each other's best friends and knew this would last forever! Between traveling to Spain, Portugal, Jamaica, and all over the U.S., plus managing to spend time with our large families and groups of friends, we've always stayed on the go but love living our crazy life together. Some of our proudest accomplishments include adopting our two crazy pups Darla and Hazel, buying our first home together, and surviving quarantine both working full time from home. After one postponed wedding date, we are so ready to become husband and wife!

Our Proposal

During a trip to Glacier National Park, Bradley and I hiked 12 miles up to Grinnell Glacier, which was hands down the most beautiful hike we've ever done. I did my fair share of complaining on the way up (I had blisters, okay!?) but little did I know it would all be worth it. At the top of the breathtaking glacier, Bradley played a video that he created of our life together, then got down on one knee and popped the question! I stood in disbelief for what was probably about 2 whole minutes before screaming YES! And it doesn't hurt that we snagged some Pinterest-worthy engagement pics.
