When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Question
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Answer
We can accommodate special diets and ask that you contact us by October 15th so we have ample time to communicate with our catering company.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, but we highly recommend arriving as early as 3:15pm to enjoy the venue and prelude soloist.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Decline with love” so we can plan accordingly.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors followed by indoor reception of dinner and dancing!

What is the recommended attire?
Answer
Formal with Black-tie preferred. The to-be-weds really want their guests to wear a tux or full-length gown, formal dark colored suits and dresses will also do trick! Ladies, it will be early wintertime and although it’s Florida we suggest having a small cover in case the weather is a bit chilly during ceremony or cocktail hour.
