FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 3:30pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony. You will be able to join us directly after the ceremony.

Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 15th, 2025 If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions & will have to mark you as a 'no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We ask that only the named people on the rsvp are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What should I know about parking?

Answer

We’ve got you covered! When you arrive, parking attendants will be there to direct you where to park. From there, a shuttle (or golf cart) will escort you to the ceremony site. We kindly ask that you arrive early to allow enough time to park, enjoy the short ride, and get settled in your seat before the ceremony begins.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we respectfully request no children on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Our dress code for the evening is black tie / formal. For men, this means fully suited. For women, floor-length gowns or elegant dresses are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress! If you’re unsure, it’s always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed. And don’t worry, “black tie” doesn’t mean you have to wear black! Feel free to choose any color you love, as long as it’s formal and dressy.

Question

Will the event be outside?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Please keep an eye on the weather and plan your outfit accordingly.
