What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 15-20 minutes early to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins.

When is cocktail hour?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be from 5-6pm. We will serve some hot appetizers as well as bar snack bites.

What about winter weather?

Answer

We recognize that with a winter wedding in Iowa we could experience some inclement conditions. It is our intention to do whatever necessary to make festivities happen. Please use your personal discernment when traveling and driving in the case of weather.

Is there parking at the venues?

Answer

Parking at Frontier Church is free, unmetered street parking with the option of using the Perkins Elementary School lot. Please be advised that parking outside Noce is metered street parking. Our high suggestion is to use the Nationwide Parking Ramp at 1100 Walnut St, Des Moines, IA, which is about a block up the street from the reception venue.

What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?

We have selected a wonderful caterer with both gluten free and dairy free dining options for the evening. Please reach out to either of us if you have more specific concerns.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Kids are welcome! If your kids are included in the RSVP, we would love to have them. Be free to bring them along or enjoy a kid-free date night! Whichever is your preference, please RSVP accordingly.

Is there a registry/Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough to us, but if you choose to honor us with a gift, please see our registry tab for all registry links and information.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are excited to capture the moments and memories from the evening. Please refrain from pulling phones out during our ceremony. We have hired an excellent photography team and will share their beautiful work with you as soon as we can.
