Question

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both being held at Casa Marina. The address is 1500 Reynolds Street, Key West, FL 33040.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding?

Answer

We suggest walking or ubering! Everything in Key West is very walkable but, there are tons of Ubers in Key West as well.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

TBD

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Please plan on the entire event being outdoors. The ceremony will be held in the sand, cocktail hour will be on concrete, and the reception will be on turf. Shoes are welcome to be removed for the ceremony. There will be a place to set your shoes if you would like to remove them.

Question

What is the weather going to be like?

Answer

The weather in November in Key West averages a low of 70 degrees with a high of 80 degrees. However, it can vary with the storm season and wind. If you tend to be on the cooler side, a light sweater could be worn at night.

Question

Is there transportation provided for the weekend?

Answer

There will not be any transportation provided throughout the weekend. However, Key West is very small and walkable.

Question

Is there a dress code / what should I wear?

Answer

Please refer to the dress code tab of this website. The dress code is very important to us.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be child-free. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Since we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your ceremony?

Answer

This will be an "unplugged" ceremony. We have the best photographer that will be capturing every moment, so we'd love if your phones remain off during the ceremony.

Question

What if I have food allergies and/or restrictions?

Answer

We will accommodate you! Please be sure to submit this when you submit your food request. The staff at Casa Marina will need this ahead of time so that they can prepare your food safely.

Question

Are there other wedding events that I can attend?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the "schedule" tab for all of the information.

Question

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to direct family and those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We will see you at the Welcome Drink directly after!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. There is a bar directly next to the venue for guests to buy a drink and hangout before the ceremony seating begins.

Question

Should I bring a gift to your wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.
