Yes! Dress code is Black Tie Preferred. For men, please wear dark colored suits or tuxedos. For women, please wear floor length gowns.
Please arrive between 4-4:15 pm as our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you may be asked to wait in the lobby until cocktail hour.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is strictly adults only.
Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the hotel, but please note this is only for guests who are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites and who booked under the "SultanBoileau Wedding" room block. The shuttle will leave the Hampton Inn promptly at 3:50 pm, so please ensure to be outside by 3:45 pm. The shuttle will leave The Grand at 11:20 pm.
We kindly request that all guests RSVP no later than 10/1/2025.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
We kindly request that all phones are silenced and turned off during our ceremony, meaning that no photos will be allowed. We have a wonderful photography and videography team who will be capturing this special moment, so we appreciate you respecting our wishes! After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take as many photos as you would like.
Depending on the weather, it is possible that the ceremony will be held outside. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside.
Yes! There will be complimentary valet parking for all guests who are driving.
You do not need to select a meal at this time. You will be able to select your entree during the reception! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let the wait staff at The Grand know when they are taking your order.
