FAQs

The Wedding Website of Lauren Grace and Kevin Paul Blasko
Question

What’s the weather like in Pittsburgh at the end of March?

Answer

Pittsburgh can be a bit unpredictable in the springtime, so we suggest planning for any temperature ranging from the 40s-70s! Hopefully it’ll be on the warmer side, but if not, both the ceremony and reception have the option to be fully indoors.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Absolutely! We welcome all the little ones at both the ceremony and the reception. :)

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the attendance limitations set by our reception venue/our intention to keep our wedding guests limited to family only, please go by the names that are listed on your invitation/in the RSVP section of our website. Thanks for your understanding!

Question

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d ask that guests refrain from photographing the ceremony, as we will have two photographers on site who will be taking care of that for us! However, we’d love if you could share the photos you take with us throughout the night! :)

Question

Can we bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

We are happiest that you’re coming to celebrate the start of the rest of our lives together, but if you’d like to purchase a gift, you can feel free to select something small from our registry! Since we are flying home to California after the wedding, it would be easiest to choose something from our registry directly, so that it will just be mailed straight to our home. But again, we do not expect any gifts and are just grateful to have you come to PA to be there on our wedding day with us!

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Since Lauren doesn't drink and Kevin enjoys alcohol on rare occasions, we've decided to primarily offer mocktails at our reception, but will also have beer and wine for those who wish to partake!

Question

What kind of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

Our reception will be catered buffet-style with chicken piccata, various pasta and salad options, crab cakes, pierogis, and delicious sides! We’ll be offering dishes that are nut-allergy and citrus-allergy free as well as vegetarian friendly, but please let us know if any further dietary needs should be considered!
