What is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you respond by October 8th, 2024.
Question
what happens if I don't RSVP by October 8th?
Answer
If we don't receive your RSVP back by October 8th, we will mark you as "declined invitation." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we do need to give final numbers to our vendors in a timely manner and can not accept late RSVP's after this date. We hope you understand.

what shoud i wear?
Answer
We would love our family and friends to dress up with us! Formal attire is expected and Black tie is optional. So suit up! We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or formal midi or knee-length cocktail dress. We politely ask that all guests refrain from wearing whites,creams, or any other color that photographs as such.

when should i arrive?

Entry will be granted no earlier than 5:30 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please enjoy your welcome drink and be seated no later than 5:50 p.m.

There is plenty of free parking located on-site.

Can i bring a plus one and/or my children?
Answer
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. Due to the intimate nature of our wedding we will only be able to accommodate guests listed on your wedding invitation. If someone cannot attend on your invite, please note- this does not mean you can replace them with a separate guest in their place. We are hoping everyone can be respectful of our decision! This will be for the most part an adult-only event aside from children in the bridal party and our own children. So please find a sitter and come enjoy the occasion with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. There will be an outdoor seating area available to guests if you choose.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes. We will be serving a selection of beer, wine, and liquor at no cost to our guests. Alcoholic beverages will be available during the entirety of our wedding (Welcome drink, Cocktail Hour & Reception) We ask that you please drink responsibly. *Outside alcohol is prohibited on the premises*

Will there be food served or meal options for dietary restrictions/allergies?
Answer
Yes. There will be Hors D'oeuvres served during cocktail hour and a Buffet-style dinner during the reception. Please mention any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Can i take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We request that the ceremony be cell phone and camera free and ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer that will be taking pictures and would appreciate your cooperation. Any events after the ceremony are open for you to photograph. We encourage you to capture as many memories as possible and share them with us!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence is present enough, but if you wish to give us a gift please checkout our registry. If you wish to bring a gift or card we will have a gift table and a card box available.

Answer
Song requests are not permitted. The Bride, Groom, and DJ will be solely responsible for selecting the music (don't worry, our selection is pretty awesome).
