Due to limited space and our desire to keep our ceremony as intimate as possible, we can only accommodate those guests included on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding! We understand the value of having someone to travel with, so we highly encourage you to travel with anyone you'd like to enjoy the resort alongside!
We have chosen to keep our ceremony and reception a 21+ adults-only affair. Our hope is everyone can unwind and revel in the celebration. We appreciate your understanding that no exceptions will be considered. We purposefully selected a family-friendly resort, so if you decide to travel with your children, there will be plenty of fun for everyone! Please note: If you choose to travel with your children, we will not be providing childcare for the wedding - please plan accordingly.
The deadline to RSVP is March 1st, 2025. We encourage all guests who know they cannot attend to submit RSVP regrets now or as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Only guests who have indicated proof of travel or booked accommodations will be included in our final guest count. All other RSVPs will be marked as a 'maybe' until you have booked your flights and/or stay. We STRONGLY request waiting to RSVP until you have completed at least one of these steps.
All wedding events will be at the resort, so we HIGHLY encourage all guests to book accommodations at the Royalton to maximize convenience. Transportation will NOT be provided to or from the hotel for anyone lodging off-site. Guests choosing other accommodations must purchase a 'Wedding Pass' that allows outside guests access to the property on our wedding day. Wedding Passes are $90 USD per person. Free private parking is available on-site (no reservation needed).
The ceremony will take place outside on the beach and cocktail hour will be on the lawn, so please be mindful of your footwear choice. We ask that all guests dress appropriately for the weather while maintaining a formal and elegant look. Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, or tennis shoes. We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.
The ceremony will begin at 4 pm, and we ask that all guests arrive and be seated 30 minutes prior.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that all phones and cameras be turned off and stowed away for the ceremony portion of the evening. After the completion of the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as desired, and be sure to use our wedding hashtag - #BlainItOnLove
