Question

What are driving / shuttle logistics for the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Because our Ceremony and Reception locations are separate, and Musikfest will impact driving routes, we wanted to provide information for how to best navigate your transportation on August 8th! Please note - only guests who are staying at Hotel Bethlehem will be able to drive to the hotel for the Reception. Getting to Ceremony - We recommend driving to our Ceremony at Holy Infancy Catholic Church (312 E Fourth St, Bethlehem, PA 18015). Due to Musikfest, we recommend arriving to park no later than 1:15-1:30 PM to ensure you have time to find a spot and walk to the church for our 2 PM Ceremony. Getting from Ceremony to Reception - As mentioned, if you are rooming at Hotel Bethlehem, and have driven to the church for the Ceremony, you may then drive back to the Hotel at any time before the 5 PM Cocktail Hour. For our guests w/ other accommodations, we will have a shuttle service running round trips from a reserved Guest Lot to Hotel Bethlehem from 3 PM – 5 PM. The address of this parking lot is 561 E. Market St, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Following the end of the ceremony (approx. 3 PM), we recommend taking your car and making your way to the Guest Lot at your leisure to catch one of the round-trip shuttles to Hotel Bethlehem ahead of the 5 PM Cocktail Hour. Getting from Reception back to Guest Lot - Our Reception will be ending at 10 PM. From 9:30 PM- 11 PM, a shuttle will be available, making round trips from Hotel Bethlehem to the Guest Lot so that you can grab your car and head home. Other Options?? - 1. Uber – all locations for the day are only approx. 1 mile from one another. If you wish to leave your car at your hotel for ease of travel and simply uber between locations, that could be a great option. An uber will be able to drop you off at the corner of Market Street, near Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works (a short walk from the Hotel) 2. Walking – while the August heat and formal attire might mean walking is not ideal, it is certainly an option if you would like!
