What are driving / shuttle logistics for the Ceremony and Reception?

Wedding Day Schedule & Parking Guide Saturday • August 8, 2026 Ceremony — Holy Infancy Church - 2:00 PM to approx. 2:45 PM 312 E 4th St, Bethlehem, PA 18015 Please allow ample time to find parking; Recommended arrival 1:15–1:30 PM. Reception — Hotel Bethlehem - 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Cocktail Hour: 5:00–6:00 PM) 437 Main St, Bethlehem, PA 18018 NOTE — Due to Musikfest, you may only park at Hotel Bethlehem if you are an overnight guest at the Hotel. See parking direction below for ALL wedding guests for the Ceremony & Reception Parking Directions - Ceremony & Reception Ceremony-Holy Infancy Parking: Street Parking near church; St. Joseph’s church lot (402 E 5th St); Incarnation Parish lot (644 Laufer St); Public paid parking at 4th & Buchanan lot, or Mechanic St lot(s) Note: Small lot directly behind church is reserved Reception-Hotel B- Hotel Bethlehem Overnight Guests Required Parking Checkpoint — Bethlehem Area Public Library GPS Address for Checkpoint: 11 W. Church St, Bethlehem, PA 18018 All overnight guests must drive to the Bethlehem Area Public Library. This location is the official Musikfest Security Checkpoint, the only way to access Hotel Bethlehem’s parking garage. Please be prepared to show photo ID. Police will have the list of all registered overnight hotel guests. Each reserved room includes only one parking spot in the Hotel Bethlehem garage. If main garage is full, overflow parking available at Walnut Street Garage or North Street Garage For Guests Not Staying Overnight at Hotel Bethlehem: Wedding Guest Parking Lot (w/ Shuttle Service to Reception) 561 E Market Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 Shuttles from Guest Lot to Reception: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM Return Shuttles from Hotel Bethlehem to Guest Lot: 9:15 PM – 11:15 PM Uber–Recommended! We recommend ubering to the Ceremony and/or the Reception. All locations are 5–10 minutes apart. For the reception, Uber dropoff is at Market Street near Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works, a short walk from Hotel B.

What is there to do if I am in town on Friday night?

Friday • August 7, 2026 Welcome Party — Seven Sirens Brewing Company – 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM 327 Broadway, Bethlehem, PA Come join the bride, groom, and their families to say hello and catch up with family & friends old and new! Small parking lot available, or street parking in surrounding blocks. Pizza from Fratelli Pizzeria will be provided! Also, check out Musikfest all day on Friday for concerts, local artists, street food, and more!

Is there a dress code?

Black Tie Optional Attire - please dress to impress in elegant evening wear. Our colors are moss and merlot, and guests are welcome to incorporate them if they’d like. At Hotel Bethlehem, rich jewel tones, neutrals, and elegant fabrics fit beautifully with the venue.

Will there be a gap between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a small gap. During this time, everyone will be able to shuttle from our designated pickup/drop-off lot in South Bethlehem to Hotel B, and explore a bit of the Musikfest activities in the area before the cocktail hour begins at 5:00 pm.

Is the wedding indoors?

Answer

Yes, it will be both an indoor ceremony and reception. Hopefully, this keeps everyone cool from the August heat!
