Briony and Brandon met in high school through mutual friends. They started off as friends and would talk often. They eventually tried to be more than friends, but it did not work out at that time. Years later, they ran into each other at a party at Florida International University (FIU). Afterwards, Brandon messaged Briony to see how she had been doing after all those years. Even after this occurrence, they continued to run into each other at all the FIU parties attended by Briony and her friends. Since then, Brandon continued messaging Briony to check on her and catch up. Subsequently, they eventually went on a date, which was a romantic picnic planned by the groom himself, and ever since, they have been inseparable.
