We will have a shuttle service from the venue to Red Hawk Casino. You will be able to Uber to a separate destination if needed from there, however Ubers from the venue are not allowed. If you choose to drive and park at the venue, please have a designated driver. We want all of our people to arrive home safely!
If you receive an invite with a plus one, then yes of course! Due to limited space at the venue, unfortunately we are unable to extend an invite for plus ones unless specifically addressed on your invitation.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of our wedding party. We hope you use this evening as a date night to celebrate with us!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held in an open barn. The ceremony will take place on grass and there is a short walk on light gravel to the reception area. Please wear shoes you'll be comfortable in!
You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please still RSVP "no" so we can properly plan for seating and are able to give our vendors an accurate headcount!
Yes! We will have an open bar with beer, wine, and spirits. Enjoy the evening on us!
The ceremony will start at 4:00pm and there will be welcome champagne! Please arrive at 3:30pm if you can, but no later than 3:45pm so we can promptly start the ceremony.
