When should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive at Estelle by 4:15 PM to allow time for check-in and boarding the shuttle to Cheekwood. Shuttle service to the ceremony will depart promptly at 4:30 PM.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony venue. We kindly encourage all guests to take advantage of the shuttle service, as Cheekwood is a large estate and parking is limited. Please find more information on the 'Details' page.

Are car seats permitted on the shuttle?

Answer

Parents may decide whether they would like their child to use a car seat while riding the shuttle. If you choose to use one, the transportation company can provide a car seat with advance notice, or you are welcome to bring your own. Please let us know ahead of time so we can help coordinate arrangements.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Semi-Formal. We invite guests to wear polished attire suitable for an outdoor garden celebration. Dresses, dressy separates, suits, and sport coats are all welcome. Please keep in mind that portions of the event will take place outdoors, so footwear suitable for garden paths and grassy areas is encouraged.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Yes! Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the beautiful gardens at Cheekwood. Please keep this in mind when selecting your attire and footwear. In the event of inclement weather, an indoor backup location will be available.
