Question

Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors. The reception will be outside under a covered tent on grass or mulch.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The preferred dress code for our wedding is Garden Semi-Formal, with earthy, muted, and light floral colors recommended for late summer. Ladies may choose midi or floor-length dresses or dressy jumpsuits and are asked to avoid whites and neon colors. Gentlemen are welcome to wear suits, sport coats, or dress shirts with slacks; polos are also acceptable. Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, or baseball caps. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so please wear what makes you happiest! For visual inspiration and outfit ideas, please see the Dress Code section on our Extras page.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones for everyone. If you DO have a plus one, it will be indicated on your RSVP. We want everyone to share in the celebration, and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our closest family and friends.

Question

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are keeping our guest list limited to family children only. If your child’s name is not included on your RSVP, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

All RSVPs must be submitted through our wedding website before June 30, 2026.

Question

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

Shuttle service to and from the reception will be available from the Millersburg Holiday Inn and the Comfort Inn. Once you arrive, please check with the front desk for shuttle pickup and return times. Please plan accordingly! If you are not staying at a hotel, we kindly ask guests to carpool when possible. Vehicles may be parked at the West Holmes High School parking lot, located just a short drive from the reception.

Question

Where do I park for the ceremony? Reception?

Answer

Ceremony: Handicapped and general parking will both be available on-site at the church. Reception: All guest parking will be valet on the Biltz property. Upon arrival, please follow the posted signage for drop-off and parking assistance. Handicap-accessible parking will be available on-site, and attendants will be present to guide and assist guests throughout the process. If you are traveling locally, we kindly ask guests to carpool when possible. Vehicles may be left at the West Holmes High School parking lot, located just a short drive from the reception.
