We're Getting Married!

Once upon a time, a man and a woman each found their way to Shelby, NC—both carrying their own battles, both trying to restart and make a new way in life. One day, while working at Ruby Tuesday, their paths crossed. They shook hands. She thought, “He’s cute.” He thought, “She’s the one.” They worked together—small talk, helping hands, easy moments. She noticed his beautiful blonde hair. He noticed her strong work ethic, which impressed him even more. One day, the man finally worked up the courage to ask for her social media. She made him work for it—but he found her and messaged her that very night. Soon after, they planned their first date at the fair. He hoped for a kiss on the Ferris wheel; she just wanted to get a feel for who he really was. The date turned out better than either imagined—and from that night on, they were inseparable. Late-night talks, cheese curd lunches, nightcaps, and endless laughter filled their days. The Lord decided they needed a little extra love and blessed them with a Christmas baby. Suddenly, they were a family—still talking late into the night, still laughing, snacking all the time, and now finding their way through parenthood together.
