How/when do I RSVP?

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block at the Hilton Garden Inn with discounted rates. These rooms are reserved for you to book by 8/21/25. Please go to the travel page to book your room. There are also a handful of other hotels in the area for you to choose from.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking, but you can shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn if you are staying there.

When should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm (CST). You are welcome to come into the venue early as 5pm. We ask that you arrive by 5:15pm in order to give yourself time to find a seat.

Most importantly, when will we eat?

Answer

Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin at 6pm during which hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served. The reception, including dinner, will begin at 7pm and go until midnight.

What is the dress code?
