Is there a dress code?
Answer
We encourage all guests to wear black tie formal attire. Black tie dress code for any gender includes floor length gowns, fancy jumpsuits, suits and tuxes. No jeans, cocktail dresses, sneakers, or white/cream/ivory attire please! We want everyone to feel and look their best!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space and budget, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?
Answer
While we love our whole family and all of their children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. This applies to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, teens and adult children. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity for date night! Your invitation will indicate how many seats have been reserved for you and/or your family.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will also take place outside but will be partially covered. There is a backup plan in the event of inclement weather. Heel protectors for grass will be provided.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. There will be one moment at the beginning of the ceremony where you can get all of your photos in. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like! If you post them on social media, please use the hashtag #bertinwedding25 so we can see all of your lovely photos!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! Beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! Please party accordingly!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions by texting, calling or direct messaging us.

Where should I stay?
Answer
The Best Western Fostoria Inn and Suites is only 8 minutes from our venue. This is the best choice of hotels. We have a room block and the code is Bertin-Rosenberg Wedding. However, there are only 15 rooms available, but the room block does not offer any discount. We recommend reserving rooms as soon as possible with or without the room block.

Is there transportation?
Answer
Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Best Western Fostoria to the venue. It will run at 3:15 pm and 3:45 pm to the venue and 10 pm, 10:30 pm, and 11 pm to the hotel. Please keep in mind that the venue is very remote so Ubers will not be available home from the venue.
