Please RSVP no later than January 31st, 2025.

When do I need to book the hotel by?

Answer

All reservations at Best Western Inn Plus, should be made no later than February 1, 2025. Unfortunately, any reservations made after this day will no longer qualify for a discounted rate.

Do I have to book February 28th to March 2nd for the hotel?

Answer

Not at all! This reservation can be modified. Whether you would like to adjust your stay to less nights, or more. You may notify the front desk of your preference when calling to book your stay.

How far is the hotel from the venue?

Answer

The Best Western Inn Plus is approximately 10 minutes from the venue. We have thoughtfully planned for a convenient hotel to the venue destination.

What will the weather be like in Oakhurst?

Answer

The beginning of March can be unpredictable for Oakhurst, but please plan for colder weather (50 to 60 degrees).

Is the reserved hotel dog friendly?

Answer

Yes! If for any reason you will be traveling with pets, they are welcome to stay at the reserved hotel. Dogs can also be walked on site.
